I hesitate to use such a black-and-white word as "completely," but I will say I've been OK. I don't want to get into why I knew it was coming, but I was the one who called the relationship off; I didn't want to make a rash decision, so I've been trying to look at it as rationally as possible and across as many different moods as possible to make sure it was really what I should do.
